其實《滄浪亭》初開業的時候已來過一次,第一次的經驗已經不錯。之後也很想回來,但實在太少經過這區了。這家餐廳本身不大,只有五台,十成九要搭枱的,這天約八時來到,幸好也不用等位~雞絲粉皮勝在麻醬夠多,帶微微的花生味,雞絲用上雞胸肉,撕成幼條所以吃落不會太粗糙。粉皮煮得晶瑩通透,皮薄又同時夠煙靭~百葉包賣相略嫌遜色,雖然百葉的確夠薄皮而且層次豐富,但只有一點免治肉在內,不太入味。平時吃蔥油肉絲拌麵很怕會太油太鹹,但這個超滋味!乾蔥的蔥油味香濃,再加入醬油,令味道鹹鹹香香。麵條幼滑,肉絲半肥瘦,份量恰好~
