一煮就是10多年了🎉,由當年的灣仔道麵館🍜,到現在的上樓私房菜🏠,四姐依舊堅持以來自重慶的辣椒🌶及香料炮製傳統四川菜😋。而人妻🐷對於四姐當然也不陌生💝,畢竟四姐位於銅鑼灣的分店,是人妻🐷跟一眾豬朋狗友舉行嚐辣派對🌶的地方。今晚特意跟老公🍋來了灣仔的分店,而這也是人妻🐷與四姐第一次於灣仔的約會💘。沒有過於華麗的裝潢😌,但店內卻充滿著各種中國氣息的裝飾🌟,踏實中又不失品味。招牌四川涼麵🍜:作為前菜,它的份量絕對是非常足夠😲。味道不會太辣🌶,麵質爽滑,很有嚼頭,醬汁亦很香濃👍🏻。重慶口水雞🐣:雞件有不同部位,有人妻🐷最愛的腿肉,也有老公🍋愛的胸肉,一碟涼菜滿足了兩個人的喜好💘!辣味不算太重,不太能食辣的也可一試😌。川式椒鹽蝦🦐:蝦殼炸至酥脆🔥,椒鹽味香濃,蝦肉爽口彈牙,難怪會成為推介之一✨。泡椒嫩牛肉🐮:用上了兩種辣椒🌶再加上芹菜及香蔥煮成,牛肉🥩肉質非常鮮嫩,吸收了醬料的味道,更為滋味🤤。重慶辣子雞🐔:四川菜的鼻祖,以乾辣椒、花椒🌶等炒成。雞塊炸至外焦內酥🔥,整碟菜由辣椒把雞件蓋著,色澤紅潤搶眼❤️,完全是稱得上是色香味俱全👍🏻!蒜蓉炒時蔬🥦:隨餐附贈,油麥菜清甜爽口😋,解辣解膩一流!總結:
