To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 男友話原本想買半隻,但冇半隻賣,一隻$68.00.再打開埋其他o野,影好想就分o黎食喇.

我先食松子雞,雞肉同皮都好滑,鹹鹹地之餘都仍食到雞味,好味.爸爸就話好鹹,同埋係冰鮮雞,但就算係冰鮮雞,但都OK啊.

當然有鹹蛋,重有燻蹄
,紅腸,魷魚,燒肉,叉燒,燒鴨同油雞,而原來呢個八寶飯係餐,跟埋油菜,餐飲就要o左凍奶茶,盛惠$70.00,好貴.

除此之外,男友買多一個白飯,原來要$14.00.

八寶飯o既燒味每樣有兩件,燻蹄爽口;紅腸,鹹蛋正常冇問題啦;油雞我食唔到皮,而覺得呢隻味道淡淡;燒肉係瘦燒肉,我食到豬肉o既腥味;到燒鴨,燒鴨切到大大舊,唔肥o既皮都脆脆地,但冇乜味,同口感麻麻.而魷魚亦都麻麻.

而叉燒就一件係半肥瘦,一件瘦,我,特登唔食半肥瘦o個件,瘦o個件肉唔係咁鬆軟,但又未至於好實,蜜汁味唔係好夠.男友食另外o個件,大讚好食,因為鬆軟.

當我夾起晒啲飯時,見到底原來都有啲油菜,

咁加埋o個碗都OK夠o既,油菜都算甜.

而白飯就正正常常咁啦.

杯奶茶就味道都唔錯,亦夠濃.

最後,呢餐雖然唔太差,但食完我o地三個都係咁飲水,味精太強喇.

味道分係3.5分, 抵食分係2.75分
