今日去咗銅鑼灣搵到間燒得好有心機嘅串燒店,叫做和居和居。最近節日食肉太多,今晚先點兩款菜,蟹子沙律實在食得太悶啊,所以試左涼拌青菜及韭菜炒豬肝,估唔到幾好喎,涼拌青菜味道清新,韭菜夠鑊氣,豬肝老左少少但係味道幾好。跟住食串燒,我最鍾意免治雞肉棒(加蛋),一定要加蛋,食起嚟滑好多。牛脷串、白鱔串、車厘茄串、日本小青椒,全部燒得啱啱好,脆得嚟唔會乾。自家製牛肉薯餅炸得夠酥脆,裏面係軟林林嘅薯蓉,對比好強口感好,夾埋啲生菜沙律絲食,非常啱。我最欣賞最後嘅明太子燒飯糰,真係燒得好好有心機,好好食。燒芝士年糕都好得。今晚每人平均$309。
