原以為開得在中環的餐廳多數也會跟著個或大或少的集團在身後撐腰 (至少租金上沒大財團撐著也難以生存吧)而當日來這兒吃東西時還未知道它太多故事, 我也是吃過東西隔了一排在雜誌上看到才知道這小店背後原來只有兩母女掌舵, 而當中不是沒有困難的 ~ 即時由心敬佩啊* 細看便會留意到廚師連只是用作墊底的配菜也切到整齊漂亮 ~ 又一心機位
