To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

之前食過午市嘅八度菜，覺得好食，所以試下今晚品嚐十二度菜，加上家姐生日，想盡興。另外因是廚師發板，所以有種期待感及新鮮感。上菜前，經理會細問客人有怎麼食物不吃或敏感，盡心照顧每人的口味。今次是第二次品嚐，感覺食物無添加任何味精，及賣相精美，精緻；睇得出廚師盡心製造。另外廚師知道我家姐生日，特別為佢即席製造生日蛋糕，極之窩心。
