食車仔麵,最好係多餸揀、少味精、嘆住冷氣食、好味道同埋價錢合理。揸住呢把尺嚟食,開心指數都好高,係第一次嚟嗰陣唔知規矩,有啲迷。規矩就係入到舖頭,唔使自己揾位,店員會編排你坐邊(單拖嚟食,次次都係坐同一個位);嗌晒餸,唔使自己攞碗麵返埋位,店員收咗你錢後,會送碗麵去到你個位,跟手找錢俾你。心水推介車餸係酸齋(比灣仔的立食店更出色)、咖喱魷魚、鳳爪、雞腎,同埋枱面樽辣椒油。佢同麵檔加的辣汁完全唔同。辣汁唔辣,功能係製造濃香味,想食辣,就一定要加辣椒油,佢唔係好辣,加少少,碗麵都會好味啲。注意返,牛筋係爽筋、豬腸係厚身版、一碗四餸米帶來七分飽、近門口的座位唔係咁涼、老闆偶爾會同熟客以最地道的廣東俗語大聲交談(充滿本土特色)。門口部舊汽水機,貼在牆身的發黃價目紙,都係特色。呢啲懷舊味,會吸引你間唔時返嚟幫襯。
