To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

小朋友忙著要考試,好久都沒有出去食過飯了,而家,剛好考完了,放下緊張的心情,係時候出去同個仔撐下檯腳了,我又可以放鬆一下心情,迎接來緊的暑假。夏日炎炎,講真,胃口都是麻麻地,要食得清淡,又開胃的,自然想起粥粉麵,是夏日一個星期少不了有幾餐為主食的。海鮮是我家人的至愛,又點可以無左它呢?平時見到是什麼海鮮刺身火鍋,今晚我地都來食返餐海鮮粥銅吧!雖然地方小小,但都坐了客人,大部分客人都會訂左位,如walk in 則可能要等一下,才可以有位。基本上,這間餐廳都是以套餐粥鍋為主,每人一個套餐,$198/位,都好低食!海鮮預有七款海鮮及另加五款自選食物。湯鍋底是用米粥熬成的,好有米飯香味。海鮮塔放著七款海鮮,侍應會幫客人每款放入粥鍋裏,調較好每樣海鮮所需的時間,希望你食到又鮮又甜,不會過火的海鮮。新鮮大海蝦,足有手掌咁大,還生猛跳動,要落湯底時,用碗蓋著,因跳動時,湯汁會彈出,濺到身上。時間較得剛剛好,蝦肉剛熟轉色,侍應就幫我地盛起放入碗內,已嗅到鮮甜味,蝦頭還在爆汁,鮮味十足,蝦肉結實,彈牙爽口,啖啖蝦肉,在口中嘴饞著,鮮甜美味,唔需要點上醬汁,好有口感。每樣海鮮都是鮮味鮮甜,蟹夠多肉,一蔬蔬

每樣海鮮都是鮮味鮮甜,蟹夠多肉,一蔬蔬蟹肉、鮑魚夠爽口、大蜆鮮甜,提升粥鍋的鮮味。
小朋友回家時,不斷地講起那種口感及鮮味。

食到最後,因為比那種鮮味所吸引著,原先的湯鍋,經過海鮮的鮮味,都在湯鍋裏,我倆不其然地將湯鍋的湯喝得一半了,幸好,侍應,提醒我地,未加入粥底,要煮粥,好彩,還剩下粥一半湯底,仍可以煮粥,一樣鮮甜,加上蟹汁、蔥花、菜譜、豬油渣,食落香綿、又脆卜卜。
