To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 姊妹一行十人今天中午齊聚餐。事先訂了位,飯檯位置在一角,很合適一大群人聊天。大家傳閲菜牌,每人點一兩個菜餸。結果,除了雪菜毛豆百頁,上湯西蘭花,乾煸四季豆這幾樣,其他幾乎都是粉麵包餅:涼拌粉皮、小籠包、菜肉包、豉油王豬腸粉、鍋貼、生煎包、葱油大餅,就連甜品都是高麗豆沙!大家竟不約而同點了這麽多的碳水食物!不得不承認,此處的包點出品讓人開心連連:小籠包皮薄餡靚,咬下去鮮香爆汁(確是肉汁而非肥油),重點是蒸籠内每一隻都可很順利完整地夾起來,不會穿窿漏汁;菜肉包很有分量,軟綿溫香,一整個吃下去就能起碼半飽;鍋貼、生煎包、葱油大餅,統統賞心悅目,油煎面只見色澤金黃不見油光,酥脆可口,甚合心意,咀嚼時只有自己才聽得到那絲絲微細的的鬆化酥脆聲響,陣陣齒頰生香。值得一贊的還有每樣用料都很新鮮,肉、菜甚至連同葱花都能吃到原味鮮香。當大家吃撐了,才幡然醒悟過來......我們是在碳水狂歡嗎,乾脆一不做二不休,甜品就來高麗豆沙吧!很快,映入眼簾的是一碟鋪滿厚厚如白雪般砂糖之中的圓滾滾的油炸糰子,透過淡黃色的外皮隱約可見内裏的赤紅豆沙。果然吃甜品的是另一個胃,一陣風,掃清。各人品味著油香外皮、細密豆沙及不斷
