To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

金城好早就收鋪，襯男朋友放星期一，我地就三點左右入嚟食肉餅飯啦！大大份既肉餅夠厚度而且肥瘦肉適中，咬落口有質感；煎得香口都可以保持到肉汁，彈牙有肉味，餸飯真係一流！記得要食埋個辣菜脯，爽口夠香辣。而男朋友碟蜜椒雞扒飯就真係有驚喜，估唔到既好味道，配菜洋蔥紅蔥炒得爽脆；調味做得好好，個蜜椒做到有焦糖香甜，每件雞都沾滿醬汁，雞又一啲雪味都無！加埋杯凍檸茶要成六十幾蚊，有人覺得好唔抵只係間茶餐廳，但我覺得哩度既一碟肉餅飯其實夠兩個女仔食，就算一個男仔食晒成碟，我肯定佢會嗌飽，但唔係扒白飯扒飽個人呀！再者唔駛成日係商埸食埋啲一式一樣既野，就算貴少少又如何，仲有隻貓貓同你玩咖
