To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

一日前預訂了芝麻雞，蝦多士，爵士燉湯，順便預留埋蜜椒鱔球同甜品炸米糍。七點入坐時樓面阿姐細心安排，加單叫咗必食嘅家鄉蓮藕煎餅、鮮菠蘿咕嚕肉，可惜陳村粉已經賣晒，有點失望。招牌菜式芝麻雞、蝦多士、蜜椒鱔加腰果水準高，推介臘味炒飯，估唔到炒到似糯米飯咁出色！第一次食芝麻雞，有點兒期待，雞皮香脆，肉嫩好味，沾埋芝麻醬特別好食，值得再食。最特別個甜品炸米糍，裡面有紅豆或黑芝麻。順帶一提，呢度好多特別招牌菜要預訂，所以訂位時要睇清楚餐牌。
