早段時間聽過朋友講過這家「六十六十」,她說這間的椰子雞是她食過最正的湯底,一直堅持要我陪她再吃一次😂拗不過她,上個禮拜就一於跟她試下😆——————————每桌一鍋,每位點一個火鍋套餐,包湯底、八款海鮮及六款配料,火鍋湯底可選粥底/番茄濃湯底+脆米泡飯($200),或者貴一點的椰子文昌雞湯底($248),雖然不是吃到飽,但份量好夠!🔸湯底:椰子文昌雞湯底這裡的鍋比一般的小,但兩人用剛剛好。上菜時,湯鍋會跟半碟生雞肉一起上,職員話,等湯滾起,放入雞肉再煮滾,熄火蓋煲蓋,等七分鐘後即食便可!果然,雞肉好香又嫩滑,就連胸肉都好正!湯底呈淡黃色,有椰肉、馬蹄及竹笙,與雞肉一起煮後,清甜不膩,帶濃濃的椰子香!🔹海鮮:肉蟹、鮑魚、象拔仔、蠔、鮮魷、帶子、貝類肉蟹每人半隻,蟹膏不多,但勝在肉質飽滿鮮甜。鮑魚依然鮮活,體積算大,肉厚彈牙!帶子、鮮魷好鮮味,不過蠔仔煮熟縮得好細隻,象拔仔及沙白有少少沙~🔹配菜:西班牙梅頭肉、美國肥牛、手打墨魚丸、響鈴、唐生菜、日本烏冬肉片每款六塊,數量不多但高質!原本想食腩肉片,但朋友堅持要叫梅頭,想不到真是不錯!梅頭肉肥瘦均等,嫩滑脆口,雖然肥牛的肉味更濃,但個人更愛前

肉片每款六塊,數量不多但高質!原本想食腩肉片,但朋友堅持要叫梅頭,想不到真是不錯!梅頭肉肥瘦均等,嫩滑脆口,雖然肥牛的肉味更濃,但個人更愛前者,油香更盛,口感更好😊

響鈴每日鮮炸,不會有油益味,size也比一般大!墨魚丸彈牙,且好香墨魚味,不過只有六小粒,實在唔夠🙈蔬菜方面,我們只叫了唐生菜,加入煮過海鮮的湯底,非常鮮甜!最後加入烏冬吸滿湯汁精華,為今餐劃上完美句號~
