想吃海鮮,諗起佢哋。先去三聖街,習慣行埋去關財記,二個人吃,揀咗四樣嘢,一共520蚊。上到去,將海鮮交俾Waiter,開咗位,Waiter問點整,又係例牌食法,有三樣係必吃嘅︰1) 辣酒煮花螺︰用爐滾住,一滾起,啲酒嘅香氣已經撲埋嚟,辣味啱啱好,我唔吃得辣嘅,都唔會食唔到,啲螺係自己揀嘅,梗係新鮮、鮮味喇﹗2) 開邊芝士焗龍蝦︰同濕煮撈伊麵食果種唔同,我反而鍾意呢個食法,芝士鋪响龍蝦上面,焗到香噴噴,兩種味道出奇咁夾,Good﹗3) 砵酒焗桶蠔︰呢個又係經典,次次食都覺得冇得彈,一切開塊錫紙,淨係聞就已經流哂口水,隻蠔肥嘟嘟,外脆內軟,又Juicy,响其他地方吃唔番呢種感覺﹗最後條魚,唔駛問都係清蒸︰條魚叫花英,係魚檔伙記介紹嘅,十零兩重,火路蒸得啱啱好,好滑,冇介紹錯﹗吃飽,有紅荳沙、生果送,找數300蚊,食得開心滿足,覺得合理。(註︰招呼一般,可能唔係常客)

1) 辣酒煮花螺︰
用爐滾住,一滾起,啲酒嘅香氣已經撲埋嚟,
辣味啱啱好,我唔吃得辣嘅,都唔會食唔到,
啲螺係自己揀嘅,梗係新鮮、鮮味喇﹗

2) 開邊芝士焗龍蝦︰
同濕煮撈伊麵食果種唔同,我反而鍾意呢個食法,
芝士鋪响龍蝦上面,焗到香噴噴,
兩種味道出奇咁夾,Good﹗

3) 砵酒焗桶蠔︰
呢個又係經典,次次食都覺得冇得彈,
一切開塊錫紙,淨係聞就已經流哂口水,
隻蠔肥嘟嘟,外脆內軟,又Juicy,
响其他地方吃唔番呢種感覺﹗

最後條魚,唔駛問都係清蒸︰
條魚叫花英,係魚檔伙記介紹嘅,十零兩重,
火路蒸得啱啱好,好滑,冇介紹錯﹗

吃飽,有紅荳沙、生果送,找數300蚊,
食得開心滿足,覺得合理。
