同班嗜辣嘅朋友仔,久不久都會約埋一齊出嚟食飯。其中一人聽朋友講莊士敦道嘅《渝人碼頭》麻辣火鍋唔錯,呢日我哋就專誠嚟試下。餐廳分上下兩層,地下嗰天花掛有彩色燈籠,牆身亦以竹製品做裝飾,別有一番風味。共有五款湯底可以揀,我哋揀咗重慶麻辣大紅鍋 (鴛鴦鍋$108) 配酸蘿蔔老鴨窩 (鴛鴦鍋$108)。餐牌上面講明呢個重慶麻辣大紅鍋係以鮮牛油、多種辣椒,豆瓣醬及多種中藥熬煮而成。味道鮮、麻、香、辣俱全,油而不膩,十分惹味,推介!酸蘿蔔老鴨窩,以酸蘿蔔僻去老鴨嘅騷味及帶出肉鮮味,侍應建議我哋呢個湯底滾咗之後,先飲一碗,味道果然十分鮮甜。本地手切肥牛 ($238/小) - 油花分佈平均,肉質爽嫩,牛味濃郁,好食!花雕醉雞件 ($168) - 以鮮雞作食材,肉質嫩滑有雞味,不過花雕味就唔係好濃郁,但反而更食到雞嘅鮮味。鴨血 ($78) - 嫩滑煙韌,食麻辣鍋必點。午餐肉 ($38) - 嫩滑好食。有機鮮活松香菇 ($88) - 餐廳自家農場種植,有機新鮮,食嘅時候自己將香菇剪落嚟放入湯底,口感爽滑帶有清香味,必試!炸豆皮 ($32) - 賣相吸睛,索咗湯底嘅味道之後,香口好食!蔬菜拼盤 ($78)
