身邊有好多朋友成日都話想食醬油蟹,但又驚唔乾淨(M佬都係咁諗),今日就帶仲未食過醬油蟹嘅M佬去到位於銅鑼灣嘅新麻蒲。餐廳最近就推出全新醬油海鮮系列,我哋食過,好味之餘又新鮮,連玻璃肚嘅M佬都好十分欣賞!最重要係價錢都十分相宜呀!一坐低就送上幾款泡菜,味道都唔錯!M佬一見到隻蟹嘅肉質仲係透明個時,佢諗咗好耐,望完又望,最後終於鼓起好大勇氣先敢放入口,但試咗一啖之後,佢好快就食第二啖喇!佢話蟹膏好鮮甜,蟹肉好入味,最重要係夠新鮮又唔腥呀!至於伴飯料有青瓜、金菇、蘿蔔、洋蔥、泡菜等。記住將拌飯加入蟹蓋一齊吃,真係好好味㗎。挑戰完蟹就輪到蝦喇!平時食蝦都係M佬幫我剝殼,但當佢見到一隻仲係透明嘅蝦,佢就停咗喺度,左諗右諗,唔識落手。好啦,今日就等我幫你剝一次殼啦!蝦身夠晒大隻,肉質彈牙,好鮮甜㗎,蝦頭仲有好多橙色蝦膏,一啲都唔腥。食完兩樣生嘢,M佬好感動話終於有個熱湯,湯入面有紅棗、人參等配料,湯底濃郁,雞肉唔韌。驚喜係有成隻鮑魚,鮑魚有咬口(M佬話嘅,因為得一隻,我無份食)!!
一坐低就送上幾款泡菜,味道都唔錯!

食完兩樣生嘢,M佬好感動話終於有個熱湯,湯入面有紅棗、人參等配料,湯底濃郁,雞肉唔韌。驚喜係有成隻鮑魚,鮑魚有咬口(M佬話嘅,因為得一隻,我無份食)!!
