To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 臨近年尾,當然要找地方食團年飯,於openrice 搜尋到這間素食店,就抱著碰碰運氣的心態試這間店,點知......超有水準!!!一去到只有一檯食客,地方尚算寬敞,而且有四種茶選擇:玄米茶、蝶豆花茶、洛神花茶及菊花紅棗杞子茶。一行六人,食以下私房菜式。花樣年華: 係米紙卷加上素肉鬆,做頭盤一流!年年有餘:炸得超鬆化的芋頭魚,好味!羊肚菌姬松茸燉湯:夠香!但略嫌湯料太少。發財好市:荷塘年藕:所有蔬菜都非常鮮嫩爽口!招牌叉燒:超好味! 比叉燒更叉燒!黑松露炒飯:有點像糯米的炒飯,未食已聞到極香的黑松露。大紅大紫:有點失望的甜品,還以為會有驚喜....只是普通的紫米露。
