同事相約飯聚,話利東街入面開左間上海滬菜「金滿庭」,上網一望得知係全港名牌商場開左幾間分店,滿心期待灣仔呢間都咁有質素。裝潢走懷舊路線,牆上掛滿黑白歷史舊相、霓虹燈招牌和紅A 燈罩等懷舊元素,供人打卡之用📸️。菜介每位3蚊,當日係人蔘烏龍茶,人蔘味唔出,但飲落舒服潤喉,帶有回甘,我都不禁問職員係咩茶。招牌燻魚+四喜烤麩(雙拼):燻魚烤到10分脆口, 脆到連魚骨都可以食埋,食落仲有陣魚皮油脂香氣,蘸上甜醋汁,酸酸味味,好開胃。四喜烤麩配上雲耳、花生,面麩一口大小,灑上麻油,香噴噴,甜甜地不錯。傻佬炒飯:感覺上係豉油炒飯,飯粒夠分明🙃有蝦乾、蔥粒、肉鬆吊味,好有層次,食落仲有陣蝦膏味咁,豐富。排骨擔擔面:排骨另外呈上,炸得好香脆,肉嫩,冇鬆肉粉嘅味唔錯,仲提供左泰式辣醬同埋胡椒粉蘸。但係擔擔面就麻麻哋,非常超級濃烈花生🥜味,搞到個湯底好濃稠,面質非常焾,做到掛汁效果。鮮肉小籠包:熱辣辣堂食一定好食😋,入面爆都湯汁,肉汁飽滿,略嫌皮有點厚,薄身少少會好啲。總結:灣仔利東街中價位滬菜必食小籠包和傻佬炒飯
