To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

圍方真係好方便，大圍站一出就到商場，今次去之前同朋友食過chatterbox cafe出名海南雞飯度帶呀媽食飯文華海南雞飯-得獎名菜，當然必試，冇骨雞份量大，配有3款典型薑蓉，黑醬油和辣醬.雞肉嫩滑，食落啖啖肉，加上醬汁更惹味，油飯粒粒分明，濃郁帶香，小吃飯的我都吃晒成碗飯。雞湯解油膩。入面有豆腐菜絲。雞湯味香白胡椒肉骨茶—星加坡最經典肉骨茶，大量金沙骨及白胡椒，飲第一口有點辣口，但越辣與好飲，豬骨咬落鬆化，加點醬油更提升，湯有金菇，豆腐卜，另上油炸鬼。好似打邊爐咁吸幾秒入口，正呀喂。椰子雪糕-超級香口，好好味，清新，飯後甜品之選
