聖誕節前夕,黎到尖東海旁睇燈飾,之後過左去附近的帝國大廈韓脈食晚餐,還記得這個位置前身是韓珍。同樣都是由韓國人主理連店員姐姐都是韓國人。🎄🎅🏼🇰🇷先來了多碟韓國伴菜,包括沙律菜、新鮮生菜、芽菜、魚干仔、泡菜、酸蘿蔔,最驚喜連鐵板梳乎蛋同鵪鶉蛋都係其中的前菜,仲有得免費無限添加。😍👏🏼👏🏼泡菜煎餅($130),煎餅大大片,煎得夠哂皮薄,外皮帶點脆邊,泡菜的味道香濃微辣,作為第一道餸食,夠哂醒神開胃。☺️🍕醬油蟹($250),蟹的size都幾大隻,不論是蟹蓋、蟹中心都滿佈蟹膏,醬油蟹的蟹膏部分撈紫菜生蛋的味道一流,啖啖蟹膏撈飯濃香滑溜。蟹肉部分浸入醬油醃得好入味,輕輕手指一壓,透明的蟹肉擠壓出來,甘香鮮甜,回味無窮。🦀🍙🍳鍋蓋五花肉($340),五花腩肉兩大片,腩肉已平均地用刀鎅了一條條的坑紋,由店員姐姐幫忙過黎燒時,輕而易舉地已經可以剪好了一塊塊,而且仲會排列得很整齊,方便易夾。五花腩的肉質燒得外脆肉嫩,原來份量都幾多,個人喜歡將五花肉包生菜、泡菜、芽菜、香菇一齊食,生菜夠哂新鮮爽脆,令口感更豐富。🥩🥬🔥🔥😋埋單後,店員送上鮮橙作為飯後果,皮薄鮮甜多汁,幫助消化。雖然這餐飯只是點了三道菜,
