To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

早幾年黎過周記食流沙奶黃西多士之後都好recommend我班friend去食如果佢哋順路黎西環今日終於又翻黎周記食當然一定有叫流沙奶黃西多士啦咁仲叫咗個蒸飯同埋馬拉糕本身我想叫排骨飯但因為朋友唔鐘意排骨所以就叫咗章魚肉餅飯（hkd26食食下先記得影佢個肉餅都蒸得好好食但我都係覺得佢呢度既排骨飯好食d出面既蒸飯真係好食好多d飯唔會話太lum食得出一粒粒咁既感覺至於馬拉糕朋友就覺得略甜（hkd16而我就覺得冇咩特別話好食定唔好食不過相比起我覺得酒樓好食d如果你唸住叫流沙西多士就唔好叫馬拉糕啦因為甜到有d漏重點黎啦流沙奶黃西多士(hkd30水準同我兩年前黎食都仲keep到只係流沙既感覺我覺得好似少過以前d依舊同西多士既matching幾好流沙個下真係好邪惡lol不過咁樣就唔洗咁漏所以未食過但又好鐘意食流沙奶黃既我都好推薦*兩個人食咗hkd72 即係一人都只係食咗hkd 36
