To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

這間餐廳就在我公司樓下, 所以經常幫襯的, 只是總沒有寫過食評 ~ 那天下午我突擊返公司巡一巡 .... 經過餐廳, 便買一盒 Palak Paneer 來吃 ~Palak Paneer 菠菜芝士 $50菠菜煮得夠蓉, 店方自製的印式芝士 軟綿又有咬口感, 汁底夠濃稠, 味道奶滑香濃, 重荳蔻、茴香味, 味道跟我在印度吃的相近, 並沒有像坊間的印度餐廳般去遷就本地人口味 .... 因此味道正確, 亦相當不俗 ~相信沒有太多的本地人會幫襯這店, 因為環境地踎, 而且通常只是印度人/尼泊爾人幫襯 .... 巴基斯坦人也不會來的, 因為餐廳的店主是印度教徒 ~(( 這店只出售素食 ))本篇完 ~

 Palak Paneer 菠菜芝士 $50
菠菜煮得夠蓉, 店方自製的印式芝士 軟綿又有咬口感, 汁底夠濃稠, 味道奶滑香濃, 重荳蔻、茴香味, 味道跟我在印度吃的相近, 並沒有像坊間的印度餐廳般去遷就本地人口味 .... 因此味道正確, 亦相當不俗 ~

相信沒有太多的本地人會幫襯這店, 因為環境地踎, 而且通常只是印度人/尼泊爾人幫襯 .... 巴基斯坦人也不會來的, 因為餐廳的店主是印度教徒 ~
