上星期六同女朋友屋企人去康城The LOHAS訂左枱食京滬菜,顧名思義就係食北京上海菜。餐廳裝潢清新,有好多打卡位,座位闊落,整體感覺好舒服!我們見有個「一鴨三食」套餐非常吸引就點了!首先前菜有鴨肉雲吞湯,湯底濃郁配上雲吞和充滿油香的鴨肉,口感非常嫩滑,開胃一流。雖然疫情暫時未去得上海,但都可以食住上海小籠包止一止癮。鮮肉湯包的皮薄,湯汁也多。鮮嫩的肉和湯汁的味道混合在一起,相得益彰。第二食是椒鹽香酥鴨架。炸蒜一定要夠多配搭洋蔥香氣撲鼻,椒鹽鴨架炸得香脆,味道相對偏重。好戲在後頭,京滬香酥鴨。色澤紅潤,肉質肥而不膩。大廚一早已將鴨肉和鴨皮切片另上,配以蒜茸、大蔥絲、青瓜絲、填鴨醬等八款配料,用薄餅卷著食用。很少餐廳能做到這樣皮脆肉嫩,入口鬆化。飲品方面呢間的一定要試下,絕對有驚喜!點了杯夏威夷風Mocktail,清新柑橘味在口中四溢,不但好喝且能清楚感受飲品的層次。
