餐廳主打鯛魚湯,用上鯛魚湯湯底做出各色各樣嘅烏冬及湯飯!之前已經試過一次,覺得抵食又好味,今日再encore!安格斯牛肉蕃茄鯛魚湯(手打烏冬) $88安格斯牛肉份量非常多,而且每片都大大塊,真材實料呀!肉質鮮嫩多汁,牛味好濃郁,好正呀!湯底由鯛魚湯加蕃茄湯底組成,既鮮甜又帶蕃茄酸甜味!加上好掛湯既手打烏冬,以及豐富嘅配菜,包括有海帶絲、木耳絲、腐皮絲、蕃茄肉、洋蔥等等,好味道!非常抵食!蒜片牛粒 $78蒜片同牛肉粒分開上,以及牛肉粒切到一口一粒,認真夠細心!牛肉粒煎至7成熟左右,加埋蒜片一齊食,好惹味!餃子雞翼 $40雞皮煎至金黃色,微微香脆!雞翼內饟了其他餡料,更滋味!汁燒烏賊燒 $42好可愛,好鮮味!粒粒桃 $12由粒粒蘆薈及白桃果醋製成,酸酸甜甜,好醒神!蜜桃成熟時 $12水蜜桃汁及紅茶製成,好清新!
