To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日約左朋友係荃灣食晚飯，朋友話想食日本菜，所以就帶佢黎試下。我地叫左一個海鮮鍋同一個吉列牛，加$38有套餐，多個刺身、湯同埋飲品，我同朋友都加左～刺身好新鮮，三文魚好肥美，南瓜湯唔錯，飲品有柚子蜜同花茶海鮮鍋（$88）：海鮮份量十足，有蝦有魚，湯底都幾鮮甜，而且有唔少配菜，性價比都幾高～香草吉列牛（$138）：香草吉列牛有驚喜，香草既配搭唔會搶過牛味，而且牛既肉質好淋，石燒過得後牛脂更香，牛魔王就啱哂！
