最近去The Wai新開嘅Tera,試咗佢哋嘅特色創意菜式,值得再encore首先叫了香煎雞扒煙肉牛角包窩夫伴薯菜,雞扒肉質鮮嫩多汁,煙肉香脆可口,同香濃酥脆嘅牛角包窩夫完美結合,配合新鮮多汁嘅時令蔬菜,層次豐富, 有埋沙律伴碟, 既滿足胃口又好健康!之後叫了吉列大蝦滑蛋飯同樣出色。大蝦鮮嫩多汁,外脆內軟,配上滑嫩鮮美嘅滑蛋,再加埋Q彈可口嘅珍珠飯,簡直係太正!最後試咗佢哋嘅招牌黑糖珍珠奶茶梳乎厘班戟, 係The Wai店特有! 奶茶香濃醇厚,糖度剛剛好,加上Q彈可口嘅珍珠,同鬆軟綿密嘅班戟融為一體,口感層次豐富,好味!總括嚟講,Tera嘅菜式創新又好食,無論係視覺還是口感都非常出色,價錢又幾實在。我好推薦大家嚟呢度試下,我相信一定有驚喜!
