To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

JW Marriott Hotel 的Dolce 88出品嘅蛋糕，一定有實力及保証，餅店入口在大堂，小小的角落，大約有十個坐位，除了蛋糕還提供咖啡及三文治食物⋯⋯等等。😋這個Signature Chocolate Truffle，蛋糕好重身聚手，因為主要有濃濃厚實嘅朱古力，中間有一層薄薄蛋糕再加了脆脆粒，每次食一小件，已經好飽肚好滿足，喜歡特濃朱古力嘅朋友真係要試，裝飾用嘅朱古力絕不馬虎又好味，唔好當裝飾掉咗佢呀！😋Signature Chocolate Truffle (2磅）HK$528
