To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日同 frd 行行吓街好口渴,見到依間小黑糖就諗住試吓啦,咁我地就叫左兩杯黑糖珍珠鮮奶同一杯百香果多多綠茶。首先講吓杯黑糖珍珠鮮奶先,依間既奶茶底真係唔讚唔得,飲每一啖都充滿住濃郁既茶香,混合著柔滑既奶。至於珍珠,我只可以話,佢地每一粒都好Q彈。每一粒都經過精心烹調,搭配著黑糖糖漿,飲起來簡直係一種享受,又唔會過於黏稠,亦都唔會過硬,岩岩好,恰到好處。 至於我個 frd 就中意飲水果茶,所以就叫左杯百香果多多綠茶,個顏色非常吸引人,睇落似係充滿活力既夏日清涼飲品,係杯口邊緣,有新鮮既百香果,增加左視覺上既誘惑,飲落第一啖,立即感受到百香果既酸甜滋味,依個絕對係成杯飲料既亮點。百香果既風味非常濃郁,但並唔過分。
