上個禮拜,又有個朋友嘅聚會,佢哋話想去食雞煲,跟住佢哋就揀咗一間喺荃灣二坡坊嘅雞煲專門店,我好耐冇行去二坡坊嗰邊,原來嗰邊開咗好多嘢食,好熱鬧。去到之後佢哋又話好想打邊爐,所以我哋就決定打邊爐啦。我哋揀咗個鴛鴦鍋,再叫咗啲嘢食打邊爐。呢個就係鴛鴦鍋,左邊係酸菜白肉湯,右邊係台式麻辣湯,咁就可以食晒辣同唔辣啦。而且佢哋個麻辣湯係可以揀辣度嘅,我哋就揀咗小辣另外佢仲擺咗兩邊嘅湯底係隔離,可以俾我哋隨時加湯底,好細心呀!呢個就係五色牛肉拼盤,而且而家仲特價添餐廳職員仲好細心咁幫我地介紹每一種牛肉,仲教埋我哋要淥幾耐呢個係牛胸尖,唔好以為佢成塊白色,就以為好多脂肪,好肥咁,但其實佢係好爽口好甘香好好食呀!而牛柳粒就係淥最耐嘅,好重牛肉味,仲吸收晒湯底嘅精華添
