餐廳若在7時半前結帳會有8折優惠,但由於火鍋在我心中是要慢嚐的菜餚,所以這優惠用不上。先吃那小辣的雞煲,醬汁是不錯的,可惜那半只雪雞完全沒有鮮味,真的說不上是招牌菜。。。反之,其他火鍋菜式欲好得多,那豬肋肉就如同厚切五花腩,油花足肉味濃,一大碟只要$68雪花肥牛很新鮮,灼個十多秒便能吃,推薦鴨紅只有爽口感但欠缺些應有的味道,可放棄~吃了滿鍋的肥肉,記得加過蔬菜來個平衡~~若下次再來,還是不要吃雞煲,來過普通湯底已足夠了。

上星期我們一班朋友嘅約聚會了,我們又選擇了打邊爐,決定去了二波坊覓食,那裏開了很多餐廳,有很熱鬧呢!最後我們選擇了這間常滿雞煲火鍋店。在店員的介紹下,我們叫了這個酸菜白肉麻辣鍋,是一半酸菜鍋,一半麻辣鍋,可以享受到清淡與麻辣刺激之間,而且辣度是可以選擇的,最好的是豬肉是分開的,很好呢!而且調味料可以自行調配的,任君選擇。這個是黃金炸魚皮,這個熱辣辣,而且很脆,這樣食,或打邊爐食也很配合呢!這是流心墨魚丸,很彈牙爽口呢!內裏的流心熱辣辣,很美味呢!這個是貢丸,十分結實而且足料,還有很香的菇味呢!

聞上去有少少草腥味,正常既菇應該有既氣味,冇爛冇黑色,絕對係靚仔!份量如果多番少少就會比較好,放係湯底煮一陣就好快熟,菇類吸收左湯汁既酸甜味,令到個菇味道更加出,咬口爽而不硬用黎清一清腸胃最好不過!

賣相吸引!一灰一白既顏色既蝦滑同墨魚滑分別放係一個半圓既木桶上面,墨魚滑同蝦滑都有打到起膠,幾痴住個木桶。都要讚一讚廚房既師傅,分別係木桶底部油一左一層油,好等食客容易將蝦滑墨魚滑放係湯中煮熟,味道尚算唔錯,爽滑跟彈牙都做到!果然冇令人失望!

打邊爐一定要有冰豆腐!當佢吸哂湯汁,立即由味淡變惹味!汁香味鮮,冰豆腐好唔好在於水份壓得夠唔夠,加上本人對豆類食品要求都幾高,常滿都做得唔錯!豆腐夠乾身,唔夠乾身一放去湯入面一定散開,呢塊冰豆腐就好似一塊海棉咁!吸哂之前食材跟酸菜白肉既味道!加上豆味令到冰豆腐既味道更加豐富!

與朋友去荃灣二坡坊食酸菜麻辣火鍋。一試之下,果然酸菜絕對不同外面的做法,味道絕對香味俱全,略帶一點荔枝味(本人覺得姐),刺激味蕾。廚師用特別方式去醃製酸菜,所以比平時外面酸菜好食好多,不會太酸。店員提醒我們白肉也不好太早放進湯內,等湯底大滾後才放進去,可食落比較肉質嫩滑。牛肉拼盤也不能不叫啊!牛味一流,其他配菜也不遜色,有豆腐,黑木耳,手打四寶丸及特色餃子(香茜櫻花蝦餃及丁香魚仔飲)必叫啊!環境座位也很舒適,不會感覺壓迫!有機會一定要再食過。
