一早聽說呢間嘅吉列非常出色,lunch set又超抵,今日與朋友一試,出品果然出色。呢間主打吉列和串揚,不過午市以套餐為主,更加划算。吉列豬扒定食 $78 轉烏冬 +$12套餐包括沙律、味增湯和烏冬,烏冬需加12蚊。如選擇飯,總價為$78。金黃色的豬扒很厚身,外層酥脆,豬肉很juicy。客人可以自己磨碎芝麻,加入秘製吉列醬,參與製作過程,令到用餐過程更加享受。時令壽司烏冬定食 $128套餐包括10貫壽司、味增湯、沙律和一碗滑蛋烏冬。五顏六色的壽司令人食慾大開,用料很新鮮。我最喜歡吞拿魚壽司,充滿魚油香,非常滑嫩,加上少少辣椒醬,很惹味。而鰹魚壽司表面切上花刀,魚味更重,入口爽脆。吉列廣島蠔 $36吉列製作手法如此優秀,一定要試下廣島蠔。外皮依舊酥化,咬一啖,已經有汁水溢左出來,好肥美呀。下次有機會也夜晚過來試下串揚。
