今晚又黎荃灣搵食,之前見人介紹呢間吉烈牛但要自己燒既餐廳,已經覺得好有趣,所以今日黎試試佢咩玩法同朋友商量後,最終都係一人一份吉烈牛,因為我地兩個都想邊食邊做下野,咁樣好似冇咁罪惡感一上枱,堅係得意喎,舊牛係生但比炸好既吉烈粉包住,一人一個爐仔,上面有舊肥油,比你搽下塊板先燒吉烈牛,跟住即刻燒塊試下先,個吉列牛好好味,好有牛味,同埋因為油脂比較多,所以燒耐d都仲好淋。我本身食開牛扒都鍾意食5成熟,但依個牛我覺得燒熟d先會好味d, 因為個吉列外層會脆d,如果燒得唔夠熟反而好難咬開, 跟住加$38可以有碗飯,一隻溏心蛋同一碗昆布湯,個流心蛋好好味但櫻花昆布湯就好敗筆,可能我唔係好鍾意櫻花味,總之一飲好怪,唔識形容係咩味,總之唔好味總括黎講,個湯你當裝飾,其餘都值得一試咁既價錢真係可以呀
