呢間石板燒吉列牛之前都食過幾次㗎啦~咁就一開始嘅時候呢都好多人排隊㗎~食過之後呢幾次之後呢咁就越來越少人排隊~咁去到而家呢就應該唔使排隊~睇返其實都唔使排隊食~牛嘅質素呢就越嚟越差~以前好食啲嘅雖然依家都唔係唔好食,但係就冇以前咁好食啦同埋就係冇乜特別冇乜創新咁如果咁耐都係一模一樣嘅話呢咁冇轉過任何嘢又冇加任何新嘢呢其實食客都會覺得好悶好無聊啊同埋唔係淨係得佢一個選擇咁都有好多選擇亦都好味過佢嘅,咁我覺得佢應該要有啲創新啲嘅菜單推出會比較好

應該第3定第4次黎食,佢嘅吉列牛係唔差,今次仲試埋佢嘅蠔豆腐湯,真係好鮮甜同多料!
朋友叫左牛舌定食,我就覺得一般,始終呢到係吉列牛出名同好食 。

所以我依舊叫吉列牛小排,upgrade左味素飯,睇個份量都真係幾抵食,仲有埋隻糖心蛋 。

唯獨美中不足就係呢啲嘅職員姐姐態度不太友善,即使成間餐廳無乜人坐,都要客人坐埋一齊搭格咁,雖然中間有塊膠格版(之前疫情個隻),但佢又有爐,啲野又多,張枱又細,真係肥少少都坐得好辛苦 。最好笑係,有枱問佢野,個姐姐就好似default 左啲人問佢有無得調大枱,但明明個客只係問佢拎餐牌,可想而知有幾多人會問呢條問題,同埋點解會問呢個問題呢?就係因為太迫。同埋主要係個場唔爆,大家都係想坐得鬆動啲 。

之前見到朋友食自己燒嘅吉列牛見到啲相好吸引決定嚟試吓😍聽講荃灣呢一間假期好多人要等好耐位所以決定平日過嚟食店入面空間唔大 大概都係10張枱左右 決定叫兩款唔同嘅牛同朋友share 叫咗好多人打卡嘅吉列牛同埋牛舌每塊牛嘅邊都係咁黃色望落去就好吸引😋首先每一個佢都會準備一舊好似豬肥肉 幫手出油比一陣燒牛個人覺得吉列牛個邊煎出嚟幾香口但係個牛比較靭 都比較難咬開🥹相反牛舌就比較薄身 入口都好香建議大家都加返個飯 連埋啲飯襯埋啲肉香啱啱好👍🏻最後人均大概$150 呢個價錢對於燒肉嚟講又唔算太貴 而且呢啲爐都幾特別可以一試不過比較麻煩係店舖淨係收現金最後就要去附近嘅七仔度撳錢先俾到錢 建議可以增設多啲唔同嘅收款方式🙏🏻

首先每一個佢都會準備一舊好似豬肥肉 幫手出油比一陣燒牛
個人覺得吉列牛個邊煎出嚟幾香口
但係個牛比較靭 都比較難咬開🥹
相反牛舌就比較薄身 入口都好香

最後人均大概$150
呢個價錢對於燒肉嚟講又唔算太貴 而且呢啲爐都幾特別可以一試

我知依間餐廳成日排隊,唔憂做,但職員真係西到一個點!星期六2點鐘同朋友尼到,唔洗等位,入座時cashier女職員完全無提及餐廳有落場時間落左單10分鐘左右,就話要關門,埋左張單先好啦幫你埋左先 (依間餐廳只收現金) 但之後佢竟然再入客,好驚訝!即係錢你就叫人快d俾,生意就繼續做,咁你邊忽係關門?留意返,餐廳星期六日就算加錢轉set都無飲品的見有其他客叫職員想落飲品,女職員即刻話六日係無,個客人話佢知,佢自己加錢叫去到3點,d職員已經坐晒係度訓覺食飯,我仲差少少未食完,同朋友傾緊計點知個女職員 (由頭到尾都係同一個人) 行埋尼趕我地走,話我地真係要關門如果你係夜晚要拉閘我阻你收工,我覺得合理,但你地都落晒場我地亦無叫你地serve,都係坐多陣,點解要趕人走?成餐飯前後都只係一粒鐘左右唔好再怪d人返大陸食野 ,錢同食物質素係其次,係人地從來唔會催埋單,趕客走以後唔會再尼依度食

「秘」其實開咗好耐,之前都食過仲成日好多人排隊,隔咗段時間再食都仲keep 到。肉嘅份量都幾多,起碼十舊八舊,鐵板上放左一粒牛油,油脂可以令燒肉無咁易痴底。加飯同蛋係日本米,配燒肉一流。食咗幾款,板燒吉列牛當然最signature , 外脆內軟,有口感,肉味都ok, 油脂比較多所以會有少少漏,不過鐘意和牛類嘅朋友就岩曬。另外牛舌都好味,薄切比較容易熟簡單燒一陣已經好好味!有小朋友就唔建議,啲油係會彈出嚟,有時都幾勁😳
