不嬲都知深水埗好多嘢食,而且性價比都好高,咁今次就嚟左麵屋丸京食拉麵。餐廳俾人一種好溫暖嘅感覺,職員態度都好好。真。叉燒拉麵職員好好介紹左呢度嘅叉燒,真叉燒係以慢煮形式烹調。叉燒鋪滿了整個碗,分量十足加上都有一隻流心蛋為碗拉麵作點綴。慢煮叉燒比傳統叉燒更易入口,而且味道香濃,湯底方面則揀了清湯,令到整碗湯並沒有油膩。丸京拉麵丸京拉麵分別有傳統叉燒加慢煮叉燒,傳統叉燒雖然冇慢煮叉燒咁有入口即溶既感覺,但煎香了外層則多了一份嘅肉香。而蝦湯真係非常好,飲得出用咗好多蝦煮,非常香濃,同配合櫻花蝦,使到成碗拉麵都非常好食,麵條掛湯能力亦做得好好,份量都好夠。平時出去食一碗拉麵最多都係比一兩塊叉燒你,但係呢度有超多嘅叉燒,足足有六塊,大約都係$100 ,性價比極高,下次一定再幫襯。

平時出去食一碗拉麵最多都係比一兩塊叉燒你,但係呢度有超多嘅叉燒,足足有六塊,大約都係$100 ,性價比極高,下次一定再幫襯。
