天氣凍凍地最好就係去打邊爐我就去咗位於北角的滾得囍宮廷火鍋小炒係以宮廷風為主題的火鍋餐廳一入門口就見到有張皇帝龍椅好顯氣派仲提供古代服裝比食客換上拍照十分有氣氛店內設有大量寬敞的卡位放到成枱食物都無問題康熙花膠雞湯鍋 (半隻) 花膠超大塊店員會幫手剪細塊湯底煲滾就可飲左先湯底濃郁清甜然後就可以再加埋花膠同雞件落去打邊爐雞件肉質鮮嫩花膠又好養顏好滋補手切本地牛頸脊(細)牛味濃郁煙韌有咬口滾得囍宮廷餃子拼盤拼盤入面有五款餃子分別有牛肉芝士餃、新鮮菜苗帶子餃、菲菜豬肉餃、馬蹄冬菇豬肉餃以及芋泥豬肉餃每款各兩粒當中我最鍾意就係芋泥餃啖啖芋頭香氣黃金雙拼指炸響鈴及炸魚皮魚皮脆卜卜鹹蛋黃醬嘅味道濃郁惹味豐盛雜菜拼盤拼盤集合了豆苗、粟米、蕃茄、蓮藕、唐生菜等多款蔬菜色彩繽紛份量十足吸收湯底精華後更好味竹蔗茅根打邊爐必備清熱解毒必飲
