佐敦吳松街果頭,其實好多野食除左爛鬼炒蜆呃遊客店之外,其實都有好多本地小店最近就開左間企理串燒店本小姐覺得環境不錯,枱唔多,感覺cosy昏黃的燈光,木色的裝潢,好像是孤獨的美食家大叔會去的地方今次約 埋幾個朋友來喪食基本上,叫了點餐紙上的半版先來炸物椒鹽雞軟骨,有日式爐端燒的水準椒鹽墨魚咀,成米乒乓波咁大,但入面唔韌,咬得開兼好juicy,炸漿很薄,好!炸水牛芝士,唔夠拉絲,但都味濃燒蠔,本小姐唔食燒蠔,但見都肥美燒虎蝦,正常燒牛仔骨荔枝包煙肉,之前在某些串燒店都見過,這個組合,荔枝的清甜可以中和煙肉的油膩,是很好的配搭牛舌,夠厚但有點韌,要改善燒茄子,超多蒜蓉,香口煙肉芝士大啡菇,燒啡菇幾時都好食輪到我的必點推介,雞皮蝦!外面雞皮脆,入面蝦肉爽難得嘅係蝦好大隻,本小姐櫻桃小咀要3、4啖先食得哂,$48/3隻,抵到爛,忍唔住追加點可以冇燒菠蘿韭菜有渣,同唔係好入味腩肉露筍卷,都係清新之選燒牛肋條,有肉味象拔蚌仔燒得啱啱好, 好嫩食串燒點可以唔食燒雞翼,如果雞翼可以再入味啲更好翠玉瓜整體上,所有食物都做到水準以上老闆說他們是做港式串燒,但個人認為他們所做更接近日式,是港式之上多了一份日式

整體上,所有食物都做到水準以上
老闆說他們是做港式串燒,但個人認為他們所做更接近日式,是港式之上多了一份日式的精緻和堅持

港式串燒好多時是用大把大把調味料去燒,掩蓋了食物本身的味道,
而這裏,沒有這個問題,他們的出品,其實與我吃慣的日式爐端燒分別不大

佐敦食肆也許給人一種市井的味道,但這店多了一份細膩感

現時門外有85折coupon,5個人食七咁食,人均都係百多元。
此店開到凌晨3時,幾時都可以來食及吹水啦~
