今日諗住拍片,剛好黎到11月搵到呢間十一串串燒餐廳,大約1845入場,未有人,唔洗排隊,正,入到去發現好有特色既居酒屋FEEL唯一缺點就是座位小,萬一滿座可能需要等入座,點完餐後,店員即入去燒!腩肉生菜卷 -  呢個麻麻,係普通腩肉包生菜 金菇肥牛卷 - 表面有點濃,但是有燒汁,好吃! lol牛舌 - 易咬,配合黑椒燒,正! 墨魚咀+雞軟骨 : 2個都好脆,另外墨魚咀非常大! 煙肉荔枝卷:荔枝中和煙肉的咸味,這個好吃,果然是排行榜頭8名之1 原條蒜蓉燒茄子:加了孜然粉,生蒜炸蒜,不錯不錯! 燒雞皮:有少少貴,但都係脆,似豬油渣,配飯一流 蒜蓉燒生蠔:很濃海水味+濃既蠔味 最後2人消費$473,平均1人$200,我覺得可以接受,1. 服務態度幾好,2. 食物唔錯 continue reading

今日約埋老友食飯,想食串燒就上網搵下油尖旺呢邊有咩串燒小店推介,睇到呢間串燒小店裝修格局同食物都唔錯,就黎一試。入去坐底睇下餐牌,點餐方式係剔點心紙,都幾方便,店內裝修好有日式居酒屋風格,坐位唔多大約5張枱,飲品主打啤酒同清酒,唔飲酒都可以選擇罐裝汽水飲品。蒜蓉粉絲大扇貝先黎左個扇貝食下,扇貝好新鮮,仲好大隻,蒜蓉味道唔會太搶,平時食都係蒸,用燒既形式就更香,非常滿足。燒雞泡魚乾,椒鹽墨魚咀再黎個燒雞泡魚乾做送酒小食,燒得岩岩好調味都唔會過重,後尾仲有加多1份,椒鹽墨魚咀,同一般餐廳既好唔同,呢度既墨魚咀好大粒,炸漿唔會好厚,都唔會炸得太乾有d驚喜。腩肉露荀卷,煙肉荔枝卷腩肉露荀卷個腩肉太薄燒得乾左,扣咁d分,露荀就ok幾爽幾甜,煙肉荔枝卷燒得岩岩好,咸甜混合,好夾既食法。燒羊架羊架雖然燒到全熟,但都唔會好柴,好嫩滑仲好厚肉,唔會羶,調味落左d孜然同好多香草,太滿足啦。鵪鶉蛋串,鹽燒雞心,鹽燒雞肝燒鵪鶉蛋就比較普通無咩特別,鹽燒雞心口感幾爽脆,雞肝我個人就一般d,因唔太鍾意食肝,但燒出黎既火候係好到位的。牛油甜粟米,紫金一口甜薯,燒白鱔燒粟米同燒甜薯都好正,驚豔係個燒白鱔,燒到皮脆肉嫩,仲好厚肉,忍唔住再加多1串。燒生蠔生蠔似係新鮮生蠔,好肥美好鮮甜。鹽焗寶石魚今日既主角黎啦,食之前都有個儀式,老闆先幫我地開左個鹽殼,再起左層皮,同我地介紹呢條魚無經調味純鹽焗,魚肉好嫩滑,好新鮮,不過層皮就太硬食唔到唔怪得要起皮,鍾意食魚皮既我就略為有點點美中不足。原條蒜蓉燒茄子,炸雞皮蝦燒茄子好多蒜蓉,燒得都岩岩好好入味,炸雞皮蝦有驚喜,雞皮包住虎蝦增加左脆度,蝦肉厚實鮮甜,我真係連炸蝦尾都食埋。總結黎講呢間十一串串燒小店我地一行3人都覺得好滿意,串燒師父火候控制得好,食材都高質,老闆都熱情有禮同熟客都打成一片,食物質素高價錢我地都覺得合理,好既小店值得繼續支持。 continue reading

今日來到一間氣氛悠閒嘅日式串燒店體驗咗一頓好正嘅午餐,喂,真係頂級享受呀!首先,啲服務員熱情得滯,令人感覺好舒服。首打頭陣嘅蒜蓉粉絲大扇貝完全搶晒鏡,新鮮爽甜嘅扇貝,同埋香脆啲蒜蓉粉絲,嘩,簡直夾到不得了🤤!再來,原條燒茄子,攞上嚟一試,茄子嘅外皮燒得啱啱好,入口即溶,恰到好處嘅蒜香,呢個真係唔試唔得!至於串燒方面,卜卜脆嘅鹽燒翠玉瓜串,爽口得黎又多汁,食咗一串仲想再點多串咁嘅感覺。至於肉類嘅選擇,每一樣都咁誘人。串燒豬頸肉燒得啱啱好,外皮微焦嘅香味加埋肉汁濃厚,真係令人回味無窮㗎!呢度嘅每一款食物都份量足夠,一家大小或者同三五知己嚟,都啱晒,又唔怕食唔飽。而家嘅食品如此多樣化,但能喺呢度嘆到咁本土又咁美味嘅串燒,真係咪啦錯過!啲食物都係即叫即燒,保證新鮮出爐,你話,唔係正到爆炸咩?🔥😋👍 continue reading

COVID之後好多餐廳都改左營業時間🕰️,想同朋友一班食宵夜聚下👭🏻,都要慢慢搵下心水。今次就揀左哩間食串燒🍖既餐廳,邊飲邊食邊吹水,估唔到都有驚喜。原條蒜蓉燒茄子 $38茄子🍆有啲未熟透未淋得哂,但勝在蒜蓉🧄夠哂大堆頭,整體普普通通。燒汁鮮冬菇 $22哩個係我成晚最鐘意既一串🍄,燒得好香,一咬落去啲汁爆出黎💦,燒汁唔多唔少,夠哂調味,超級推介。汁燒雞脾菇 $18哩個都燒得好好味,一片片都好JUICY💦,比冬菇更濕潤,但我仍然比較鐘意冬菇多啲❤️。燒菠蘿 $22雖然佢好甜但無咩🍍菠蘿味同菠蘿既香味。燒豆卜 $18外脆內軟,加少少辣粉🌶️都唔錯。紐西蘭羊肉串 $30 (左) • 串燒豬頸肉 $30 (中) • 鹽燒厚牛舌 $36 (右)羊肉本身醃料有微微辣🌶️同孜然味,夠香又有羊騷味🐑。豬頸肉🐷夠爽,簡單調味唔太膩。汁燒鵪鶉蛋 $26整體不過不失🥚。腩肉生菜卷 $38好有驚喜既一道,燒到腩肉🐷既油香出哂黎,而生菜🥬中和左腩肉既膩,食落好夾。脆脆串燒雞皮 $26第一次見成片咁薄既雞皮🐥,多數卷住黎串,食落好脆好似薯片咁。鮮嫩雞肉串 $26又真係幾嫩😋,鐘意食辣既朋友記得加辣粉,後勁十足。椒鹽雞軟骨 $38 (左) • 椒鹽黃金墨魚咀 $38 (右)炸雞軟骨都唔錯,脆口熱辣辣♨️,岩哂送酒。孤陋寡聞既我真係少見咁大粒炸墨魚咀🦑,而且唔係炸皮,真係墨魚咀肉,好彈牙爽口,同薄薄炸皮好夾👍🏻。炸水牛芝士 $38@3芝士拉絲拉到長一長,咸香芝士味🧀,外皮炸得脆卜卜。煙肉荔枝卷 $34煙肉🥓本身都比較咸,荔枝甜甜地又中和到,幾新鮮既組合😗。 continue reading
