今日探個住荃灣的朋友,探完介紹去路德圍搵食,行到去真係好多選擇,想平平地食小菜,揀了一間茶餐廳格局皇茶冰室,見到餐牌好多選擇,叫了黃金蝦、原條豉汁蒸倉魚同埋蒜蓉炒芥蘭。每個餐都跟一碗老火例湯,今晚係煲冬瓜湯,夠清潤,再上埋黃金蝦同白飯一碗及基本餐茶都係$75咋。黃金蝦,外層每隻蝦都被邪惡的蛋黃包住,蝦肉彈牙新鮮,蝦殼炸得酥脆香口,蛋黃成碟都係,至岩餸飯。豉汁蒸倉魚$78,睇相已好想食,上枱更覺得超底食勁大條,蒸得火喉剛好,肉質給實鮮甜。炒碟清菜叫了蒜蓉炒芥蘭$48,芥蘭爽脆。最後可加$12有杯特飲,分別叫了奶茶紅豆冰同龍鳳檸樂,紅豆好大粒喎。
