朋友帶路今日去咗大坑試一試呢間中菜。黃金椒鹽豆腐粒,外皮炸得好香脆,顏色幾好,控制到金黃色,入口豆腐,依然香滑。福建煎蠔烙,煎的口感比較煙韌,有蛋香,中間很多蠔仔及芫荽,送酒一流。金沙吊涌仔,吊桶仔用金莎嘅煮法,一入口鹹蛋黃味湧出嚟,口感仲少少濕潤,非常惹味!籠仔羔蟹糯米飯,餐廳嘅主打菜,打開見到個蟹蓋蟹膏非常之豐富,糯米飯煮得非常軟糯,又好入味,蟹肉夠新鮮彈牙,蟹肉唔會黐殼,非常之好味!陳年花雕雞煲,用上一隻新鮮雞,酒味非常香濃,雞肉見到就知道又香又滑,雞皮又唔會過肥,新鮮嘅雞肉係幼嫩些,最緊要個湯汁都好有雞味,之後一定要打包返屋企,煮米粉一流!柚子炸蝦球,外皮炸得非常薄,又唔會鞋口,彈牙嘅蝦肉配合清爽嘅柚子,唔肥膩,幾啱夏天食。店員推介XO 醬日本和牛炒陳村粉,同乾炒牛河非常類似,鑊氣足夠,個粉底係一塊塊摺疊嘅, 加上XO醬更加香口,當然和牛唔使醃鬆,牛味更突出,入口自然更嫩滑。魚湯雲耳浸菠菜,魚湯非常好味,簡簡單單又好吃,清淡得來食得非常舒服的一個餸。餐廳主打餸都幾好味,又有特式,同埋呢度有啲套餐推介,價錢比銅鑼灣酒樓更合理,食得出係用心的餐廳,值得一試!
