今日來到銅鑼灣這間樓上餐廳,用上大廈名再加上餐廳樓層28做餐廳名,環境舒適又夠大,仲有樓上酒吧㗎先點了個餐係每位計,前菜三選一揀咗手撕法國鵪鶉伴海膽汁海蜇,入口爽肥有海膽的鮮甜,幾清新開胃湯就要了蟲草花黑松露野菌湯,入口奶滑黑松露好濃,但又有野菌嘅清香主菜不得了,五選一揀咗盆曬生抽乾炒安格斯牛河,賣相跟平時食差不多,但炒得乾濕適中入口爽彈,上色均勻又有盆曬生抽鹹香,而牛肉係用安格斯牛好嫩啊點心就係三文魚籽鳳眼餃,個蝦餃做我好飽滿,外皮煙韌入面嘅餡好香好彈牙,三文魚籽帶出一點鹹香味最後個火焰橙酒法式焦糖燉蛋真係好食,燉蛋滑流香濃,橙酒即場點火把酒味迫入去,淡淡橙味帶酒香
