老公一向喜歡食中菜,最近同事介紹我去佐敦薈,三樓有間凱日精品粤菜館,主打高質傳統功夫粤菜,今晚就同老公去試吓!酒樓採用中式時尚典雅裝修,設有卡位包廂、屏風間房,更設有多間VIP房供客人用,好適合開派對聚餐。用小火熱住茶壼可保溫,好少中式酒樓有。北京片皮鴨半隻:北京填鴨 用傳統掛爐法烤製,即叫即烤,烤鴨出爐時呈深棗紅色,皮脆有光澤,上枱前由廚師在客人面前將烤鴨皮一片一片切出來。配合埋薄薄的餅皮包裹著青瓜條、酸薑絲和烤至香氣十足的鴨片,再配上濃郁海鮮醬,滿口油脂酥香鬆脆,美味!鮮蝦福建炒飯:非一般的炒飯,用料特別豐富,鮮蝦、瑤柱、雞肉、冬菇、菜粒配埋濃郁的獻汁,已經鋪滿用蛋炒過的飯,啖啖都既香口又惹味!
