To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. Happy Friday 同朋友聚一聚,難得朋友們今次想飲下茶食下點心,咁就揀左添好運。以往來食既時候都要等10-15分鐘,難得今次唔洗等位,到左即刻可以入。今次我地有幾個人,終於可以叫多幾款點心又唔洗驚食唔哂,呢到有我最鍾意食的「酥皮焗叉燒包」,一碟有3個,叉燒包外層脆,內層軟,配上熱辣辣的叉燒,好味道,保持到水準!蜜味叉燒腸粉同菜就一般,紅油抄手就偏辣。不過,食食下朋友突然發覺頭上有幾滴水,望真D原來係上面既冷氣機滴水,咁就快快食完轉場食糖水。
