上次去沙田圍食日本野,經過一間賣叉燒既餐廳好多人食,所以星期五晚想出街食就專程黎試下。入座時我地算比較早到,唔駛等位,但食食下就見到坐滿哂,好彩黎得早。專程黎到,梗係要試吓佢呢度最出名嘅叉燒,八十八蚊有個例牌,都幾大碟,兩個人夠食有餘之外,最重要既就係叉燒肥瘦適中,每舊斬得黎有份量但入口又要唔洗用力咬,蜜糖汁好香入晒味。天氣寒冷,揀左個鐵板黑椒牛仔骨,鐵板上冇咁快凍,上台先「渣渣」聲香氣撲鼻,黑椒味濃配搭啲紅椒青椒岩岩好,牛仔骨都幾多肉唔會好肥。叫咗兩個肉,點都要叫返個菜,就揀咗金銀蛋豆苗,好大碗,豆苗好鮮甜。鹹蛋皮蛋撈飯食好夾。兩個人叫三個餸一人一碗飯真係夠晒數,食到好飽。餐廳除左堂食,仲有個外賣部,見到好多人幫襯,個個都斬料返屋企加餸。
