To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日同閨蜜去到位於銅鑼灣皇室堡的”八月花”飲茶,環境非常開揚闊落,坐得舒適,仲有大海景。歎咗多款創意粵式點心,精緻又高質,係我嘅私心口袋清單,先打卡📸後進食🥢!鵝肝蟹子脆春卷金黃嘅春卷外脆內軟,加埋旁邊嘅芥末醬,輕鬆解膩,好食到停唔到。一口鮑魚撻賣相精緻,鮑魚本身非常入味,撻皮鬆脆,一啖一口,雙重滋味。脆皮麻辣燒賣燒賣創意食法!未食已經聞到濃濃麻辣香氣,但食落唔會好辛辣,底部會有大量綠色炸脆,睇得出擺盤花過心思。鮑汁炆鳳爪醬汁比較濃稠,非常入味,鳳爪有咬口,不會煮得太爛。黑松露冬菇包黑松露味道唔會太搶,同時又食到濃濃嘅冬菇香,兩者配合得剛剛好。酥脆鮮蝦腸粉熱辣辣嘅粉皮包住脆蝦,我食到最後一件,都keep到脆度,有驚艷到我! 柚子煎堆菠蘿芭菲煎堆配搭少量柚子,可以解除油膩感,再配埋冰凍帶酸菠蘿芭菲,作為今餐嘅甜品簡直係完美。花果奇緣打卡No.1! 好似一個大果園,包含十款水果配上茉莉花茶,炎夏必點,消暑解渴。

金黃嘅春卷外脆內軟,加埋旁邊嘅芥末醬,輕鬆解膩,好食到停唔到。
