係香港,好多時候都因為明星或者品牌效應,好多人排長龍都要食。但其實真係有好多小店好好食,就好位於佐敦呢間小店咁鎮江餚肉很喜歡“啫喱“同實肉比例 雞絲粉皮麻醬夠多多香,配合粉皮,剛好。 燻魚個醬好好味,少少甜但部分燻魚好多骨,唔識食魚既朋友要小心啦 醉雞雞好入酒味,但一d都唔會苦小籠包皮薄, 但唔會一夾就穿, 而且好多肉汁, 一d都唔鹹起碼都要食2粒啦,超正呀!唔知大家點食小籠包呢?其實夾起之後,應該係頭頂咬個細孔仔,然後啜晒入面d汁,再一啖左個小籠包。 鍋貼出面一定食唔到入面有肉汁既鍋貼,必食!皮唔厚, 底煎得好脆,大愛! 蘿蔔絲酥餅即叫即製,夾既時候都要好小心,一夾就有機會散。炸得好好,完全冇油淋淋既感覺。入面全部都係一條條勁juicy既白蘿蔔絲,完全冇可能係酒樓或者其他上海食店食到。必試! 咖哩煎餃食落去,有d似咖哩角mix 餃子咁~ 銀絲卷+金絲卷銀絲卷就食得多,金絲卷到底係咩呢?其實入面係用南瓜架,不過南瓜味道就唔夠咁~~ 排骨拉面自動分開上,d排骨唔會淋晒三鮮炒年糕食左咁多點心,話晒都係晚餐,都應該要叫返個“飯類”既
