星期日家庭日,同爸媽姐姐去食好西,揀咗嚟呢間尖沙咀嘅火鍋店,因為呢排見成日有人post火焰鮮椰青雞鍋,好吸引,想來試咗好耐。我哋四個人叫咗兩款湯底。招牌鮮椰青雞鍋首先當然係要點招牌鮮椰青雞鍋。侍應先炒香材料,材料有椰子雞件,杞子等,炒香後侍應便淋酒,呢個時候相機就要準備好,影打卡相,啲火焰真係好勁,之後侍應便將原個椰青水倒進鍋裏,再加入濃郁雞湯,開火再煲一陣,就完成咗呢個湯底。即刻飲返碗靚湯,個湯有濃厚雞味,再加上椰青水,好清甜。胡椒豬肚花膠雞鍋呢個湯底好有驚喜,真材實料,湯底裏面有勁多酸菜同豬肚,胡椒味好夠。估唔到嘅係有一大碟雞同五六件大大件嘅花膠,有差不多有大半隻雞,好抵食。啲花膠我哋一早請播放晒落湯底入面慢慢煲,火鍋食到後期時才食花膠,花膠好淋而且入晒味,都幾厚身。胡爐牛拼盤有五款牛肉,包括極上手切牛頸脊,牛胸爽,牛舌芯,霜降牛粒,安格斯手切肥牛。全部都好新鮮,我最鍾意霜降牛粒,安格斯手切肥牛。霜降牛粒要烚耐少少時間,充滿牛味,同埋牛脂油香味,而且好淋。安格斯手切肥牛比一般肥牛厚身,烚大概10秒就食得,冇得輸 。餃子拼盤有三款餃子,有鮮蝦雲吞, XO醬帶子餃,黑松露餃。鮮蝦雲吞啲

有芝心鮮蝦丸,黑松露墨魚丸,墨魚丸,牛肉丸。芝心鮮蝦丸好好味,鮮蝦丸爽口彈牙,入面芝士流心,鹹香鹹香。牛肉丸有啲似飲茶嘅山竹牛肉。墨魚丸真材實料,充滿墨魚味,唔會成口肥豬肉。

有油麥菜,唐生菜,白菜,娃娃菜及水蓮,全部都好新鮮乾淨,放入湯底吸入湯汁超正。
老友鬼鬼
呢款小食係脆炸咗嘅油炸鬼上面鋪咗蝦膠,咬落去油炸鬼卜卜脆,蝦膠爽滑彈牙,沾上少少泰式酸辣醬,非常好吃,令人一口接一口。

魚皮新鮮炸起,上面佈滿鹹蛋黃醬,超好吃,鹹蛋黃起沙,好甘香,鹹香鹹香,呢款小食夠晒邪惡。

總括而言,今餐我哋都好滿意,雖然價錢唔平,但係物有所值,全部食物都好有質素,特別係個湯底,真材實料。
