To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

尋日夜晚去左大尾篤Luca食Dinner，男友之前已經話好想去食。我地覺得一個字黎形容，"正"，環境 Very Good！食物都好好味！個Pasta真係好正，d 蝦又大隻又爽口，又多蟹肉。個麥糖炸豬手都好得呀！好脆！點芥辣好味，不過好大碟，兩個人食唔晒架！我地重叫左個蟹肉Salad，不過男友嫌太酸，我都覺得ok既，一般啦！不過d人話好似Caesar Salad好味d！食到飽飽，梗係叫番個心太軟啦！My Favourite！等左成20幾分鐘先上枱，不過我地覺得甜蜜蜜既心太軟好味d喎！我覺得佢唔係好夠熱。不過總括黎講都係一間有質素既餐廳，好好味！d 待應好好，好nice，永遠都有笑容！不過因為係Outdoor，如果遲d天氣熱d就冇甘舒服lu。食左個半鐘，埋完單就去停車場拎車，行行下點知突然後面有人嗌我地，原來男友留低左件外套係餐廳呀！個Waiter拎返比我地，好好人呀！即刻加分！
