好多人會覺得「大角咀」係一個已經老化既社區,但我卻特別鍾意呢種新舊交融既感覺。好多餐廳喺呢一區站穩住腳,「做起個名」之後更加衝出去到旺區大開分店添!黑松露菌醬意式馬斯卡普芝士夾心比薩 ($108)︰絕對係不可不試既signature dish!曾經勇奪「食神爭霸戰」健康菜式組大獎既佢用上清新既「黑松露菌醬」,塗抹喺香脆鬆軟、香噴噴既麵飽上面,配合埋意式芝士一齊入口時感覺外脆內軟,出奇地夾的口感非常特別!另外,佢更加備有「有機沙律菜」同埋自家製「提子果醋」一齊享用,一道菜有三種唔既食法真係令人回味!法式焗田螺配法式多士 ($68)︰焗田螺非常惹味開胃,作為主菜前的點綴真係唔錯。不過,麵飽方面感覺有點plain咗D!我明白餐廳咁做係因為想俾麵飽點埋田螺汁一齊食出原汁原味,但如果再用少少蒜蓉一齊去焗會更加香氣四溢、份外醒神!宇治抹茶紅豆奶昔 ($32)︰「少甜」既感覺特別適合注重健康既我。綠茶既香氣加埋煙韌既紅豆呢個combination永遠都唔會令我失望。薄荷朱古力咖啡 ($28)︰Mocha加埋淡淡既薄荷清香非常之夾,甜甜既咖啡配埋「涼浸浸」既薄荷,一凍一熱的特別感覺值得推介!美國特級肉
