🍽漁獲浜燒 (銅鑼灣)📍銅鑼灣軒尼詩道525號澳門逸園中心18樓今日咁啱同朋友去到銅鑼灣,好想食日式燒海鮮,即刻就諗起呢一間漁獲浜燒!之前我都有成日去,好耐冇食過啦💕唔知疫情之後,佢哋仲保唔保持到水準呢?1. 特製黑松露炙燒平目魚邊沙律🥗嚟到呢度必食嘅前菜,炙燒嘅過程迫出左平目魚既魚油,魚油滲入沙律裏面,加埋特製嘅黑松露,攪拌均勻,每一啖沙律都好香魚油同黑松露嘅味道,果然係呢度嘅招牌菜式之一。2. 刺身盛合六款🐟刺身全部都好新鮮而且好豐富,包括有:肥美既拖羅,厚切既油甘魚,鮮甜既赤背,深海黎既赤目魚,有口感既三文魚,好大粒既帶子。3. 漁獲浜燒盛合🐠呢個盛合真係要試,唔單止今到唔同既海鮮,而且好鮮甜,勁大隻。佢地既盛合有: 蠔x2,帆立貝x2、松葉蟹腳 同埋 珍寶大蝦x1 。正常會有鮑魚x2,但由於我唔太喜歡食鮑魚,餐廳超好人比轉左做味噌蟹甲羅燒,真係好滿足。燒蠔🦪真係好肥,咬落去好嫩而且勁多汁。帆立貝🐚份量真係好多,一半係清酒煮,一半係牛油煮。燒松葉蟹腳🦀好大條蟹腳,好滿足。燒珍寶大蝦🦐好大隻,勁彈牙,好香燒蝦既味道。4. 味噌蟹甲羅燒🦀佢地既蟹甲羅燒可以話係必叫既菜式之一。佢好大一

佢地既蟹甲羅燒可以話係必叫既菜式之一。佢好大一個,蟹膏既份量都好足夠,加左鵪鶉蛋再燒,口感更加有層次,放係梳打餅上面,剛剛好。
