To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

26 𝓞𝓬𝓽𝓸𝓫𝓮𝓻 2022🙋🏻‍♂️: 寶 想唔想食新加坡菜？🙋🏻‍♀️：好呀 好掛住d喇沙呀（去開K11 Muesa 可以試下新加坡菜，文華大酒店旗下的餐廳，呢度環境都幾啱一家大細泥，座位比較寬闊，而裝修簡約，一開始係自助形式落單，我既必選菜單一定係招牌大蝦喇沙，香濃既湯底，配大蝦 ，豆卜同魚片超級足料同好惹味，份量比較大 ，但係要食得比較快，唔係好快就會比d麵吸晒啲湯，而比較有驚喜鹹蛋黃雞翼，味道一流 好香既咸香味 食完好滿足，而海南雞飯應該係呢度嘅王牌，好嫩滑嘅雞肉，加埋粒粒分明既油飯，食完都唔會覺好大負擔。）
