To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 一向都好鍾意食星馬菜,最近越來越多呢類型嘅餐館,阿金南洋茶室,主打星馬菜,以後食飯又多個好地方!呢度有齊肉骨茶,喇沙,胡椒等等嘅星加坡馳名菜式可以揀,一次過滿足晒我三個願望。晚餐選擇有A-K 10幾款選擇,價錢幾十蚊有交易,包熱飲,晚餐仲可以半價跟特飲。肉骨茶(細滲)$78肉骨茶用砂鍋上,呢個真係必飲,上枱嘅時候已經聞到陣陣嘅藥材香味,深啡色嘅湯底,熱辣辣而且非常濃郁,入口味道甘香,有滿滿嘅藥材味,及肉嘅鮮甜味,但卻沒有苦澀味。湯內仲要有好豐富嘅材料,坊間上多數只有一字骨,這裏的肉骨茶包括了一字骨,腩肉,豬肚,豬手,同埋兩隻雞腳,所有嘅肉都煲得好軟腍,而且非常入味,雞腳不會軟爛又不過硬,放入口吮一 吮,骨肉已經分離。另外值得一讚嘅,仲要包脆卜卜嘅油炸鬼,醬油,辣椒,同蒜蓉做調味,非常正宗。我哋跟套餐加咗個炸蝦餅$38,金黃色嘅蝦餅,炸得非常脆口,蝦肉鮮甜,蝦餅打得夠彈牙煙韌,而且夠厚身。晚餐半價可以點特飲,當日見都好多人飲芒果冰沙都好似唔錯,不過小妹比較情繫椰汁^^椰香冰沙,加$16,呢個有驚喜,味道非常濃郁,有滿滿嘅椰汁香味,再加奶香,好好味,似泰國飲到嘅水準!呀參喇沙米線$63呢度

呢度除咗有平時食開嘅喇沙之外,亦有檳城呀參喇沙,呢款喇沙嘅湯底係用魚熬製而成,湯底帶有少少酸味,酸酸辣辣的湯底,飲落除了有魚嘅鮮甜味外,仲有少少蝦膏的味。
再配埋菠蘿,青瓜,洋蔥,生菜絲等等嘅配料一齊食,非常開胃,而且最特別嘅係仲有一整條嘅沙甸魚,酸酸地沙甸魚味道雖然比較濃郁,但味道和其他食材一齊食並沒有違和感。

呢度嘅海南雞可以用皮脆肉嫩嚟形容!非常好食,皮薄爽滑並沒有油膩感,皮與肉之間有一層薄薄嘅啫喱,呢層啫喱其實並唔係脂肪,係膠原BB,通常浸過冰水嘅雞先會出現嘅。
雞肉非常嫩滑,味道濃郁且已經去骨,食落每一口都係啖啖肉。雞油飯亦整得唔錯,飯粒粒粒分明,味道帶有鹹香嘅雞油味。
